This self-paced, 2-hour course gives you a clear, practical approach to turning insight into real action using coaching tools informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Designed for coaches, leaders, and anyone who supports behavior change, this training helps you guide others through challenges, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and take consistent, values-aligned action.

You’ll learn simple, real-life tools you can apply immediately to build awareness, increase flexibility, and strengthen follow-through without stepping outside your scope of practice.

This course is open to anyone who wants to lead more effective, meaningful change and deepen emotional intelligence in their work and everyday life.

Eligible for 2 NBHWC continuing education credits, this course is for coaching and educational purposes only and does not train participants to provide therapy or clinical treatment.

Thought Leaders Book Circle

A free virtual gathering where thoughtful people share books that shape how they think, lead, and live.

Quarterly Community Event

Each Book Circle is hosted by Alive & Well(ish) Founder Rae and features several short presentations from participants. Pre-selected volunteers share a book that impacted them and one or two ideas that stayed with them.

Others are invited to simply listen, reflect, and join the conversation during the open discussion that follows.

This is a warm and welcoming gathering for anyone who enjoys meaningful ideas, uplifting conversations, and discovering books that change how we think.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the conversation thoughtful and engaging.

No reading required in advance.
